摘要
微功耗电动自行车控制器采用变幅控制的方法,实现了对有刷和无刷直流电机的调速,该微功耗电动自行车控制器最大特点是,只要把输入功率中极小部份进行传统功率变换,就可以得到全部输出功率,即输入功率中绝大部份既不必进行实际的功率变换,也不必通过磁芯变压器或电感传递,直接到达输出端,成为输出功率,变换效率可视为100%;同时主功率器件不采用PWM脉宽调制,不产生EMI干扰,电路简单,因此功耗极小而寿命极长,安全可靠,节能环保,成本、体积、重量、功耗都是传统电动自行车控制器的十分之一。
It apphes amplitude control methods to achieve the brush and brushless DC motor speed control. Its most distinguishing characteristic is that it takes a small portion of input power through power conversion process, and obtains total output power, I.E. most portion of input power neither through power conversion process, nor through linear transformer or inductor transmission process. It connects to output terminal and become output power and the conversion efficiency can be regarded as 100%. The main power devices do not use PWM pulse width modulation technology, it does not produce EMI interference, and use simple circuit, so the power consumption is very small while the lifetime can be extremely long, It is safe, rehable, energy saving and environmentally friendly with one-tenth of the traditional electric bicycle controller's cost, size, weight and power consumption.
