大学青年教师继续教育现状调查研究

Investigation and Study of Present Situation of University Young Teachers’Continuing Education

继续教育作为终身教育的一个组成部分,它是实现大学青年教师持续专业发展的有效途径。调查表明,我国大学青年教师在继续教育方面有许多成功的经验,但也存在一些问题,诸如继续教育投入不足,继续教育的内容、形式、时机的不全面性和不适切性等,严重妨碍了大学青年教师的专业发展。加大继续教育投入、提高青年教师经济待遇、丰富继续教育内容、转变继续教育方式、加强教育科学知识与技能的培育等,是提升大学青年教师专业发展的有效路径。

As continuing education is an integral part of lifelong education,it is an effective means to help the university young teachers acquire the continuing and professional development.The survey shows that the continuing education of university young teachers in our country has much successful experience,but there are also some problems,such as inadequate investment,the insufficient comprehensiveness and suitability on content,form and opportunity,thus,seriously hindering the professional development of university young teachers.Through increasing the investment in continuing education,improving the treatment of young teachers,enriching the content of continuing education,transforming the mode of continuing education,strengthening the investment on trainings of scientific knowledge and skills,these are effective paths to make university young teachers improve professional development.
