"本科生研究机会计划"秉承麻省理工学院创新性人才培养的精神,以类型多样的科研形式提高本科生的创新能力。"本科生研究机会计划"的成功开展得益于麻省理工学院内容建立广泛的课程体系,实行做中学的教学方式,建立专门的管理办公室,要求导师具备相应的指导素养,让本科生体验到参与科研的好处等保障措施,值得我国大学以科研培养新型人才的参考和借鉴。
The Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program inherits the spirit of training innovative elite in MIT,with variety types of research to improve undergraduates＇ innovation ability.The success of UROP attributes to the extensive curriculum system,the teaching method of ＂learning by doing＂,UROP staff members,intellectual guide from mentors and the encouragement to undergraduates and so on.The successful experience provides references and enlightenment to train innovative elite with research in China.
