中日关系的基础在两国民间的友好，在中日两国友好交往的历史长河中，民间交流始终是一项重要内容。二战后，中日民间团体在民间交流中扮演着重要角色，不仅为实现中日邦交正常化发挥了积极的作用，还在贸易、体育、教育、艺术、学术、文化等领域对国家外交产生积极影响。本文聚焦于致力于中日友好、中日交流、对华援助等领域的日本民间团体，在对其发展演变历史进行梳理的基础上，归纳其特点及存在问题，阐述其在中日关系中所起的作用。

The foundation of China -Japan relations lies in Sino -Japanese friendship, folk communication is always an important content in the friendly history between Chinese and Japanese. After the World War Ⅱ , Sino - Japanese non- governmental organizations play an important role in the folk exchange, not only to play a positive role for the realization of the normalization of Sino - Japanese diplomatic relations ~ trade, education, sports ~ in art, academic, cultural and other fields have a positive impact on the national diplomacy. This article focuses on the committed to China- Japan friendship, exchanges, assistance to China in areas such as the Japanese folk group, based on sorting out the evolution history of the development of the existing problems , and summarize its character- istics, expounds the role in Sino- Japanese relations.
