摘要
利用碘离子修饰的B-Z振荡体系检测辣椒面中禁用色素罗丹明B。结果表明,在修饰的体系中检测罗丹明B,比在未修饰的体系中的灵敏度有所提高;当丙二酸浓度为0.105 mol/L、溴酸钾浓度为5.80×10-2mol/L、硫酸铈浓度为1.60×10-3mol/L、碘化钾的浓度为2.5×10-4mol/L、硫酸的浓度为0.7 mol/L时,罗丹明B对修饰体系的扰动最大;罗丹明B浓度为(7.50 10-7~7.00 10-4)mol/L时,振荡体系振幅变化与罗丹明B浓度的负对数之间呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为8.7 10-8mol/L,相关系数为0.998 7。
A modified belousov-zhabotinskii (B-Z) oscillating-chemical reaction with I- ion is used to detect the rhodamine B in capsicum powder. The results show that detection sensitivity for rhodamine B is obvious improved in the modified detection system. When the concentration of malonic acid is 0.105 mol/L, the concentration of potassium bromate is 5.80× 10^-2 mol/L, the concentration of cerous sulfate is 1.60×10-3mol/L, the concentration of kalium jodatum is 2.5 × 104 mol/L, and the concentration of sulphuric acid is 0.7mol/L, rhodamine B showed the greatest perturbation on the modified system. When concentration of rhodamine B is 7.5× 10m^-7 mol/L to 7.0 × 10-4 mol/L, the changes of amplitude is linearly proportional to the -IgC, where C is the concentration of rhodamine B. The detection limit is 8.7×10 8 mol/L and the respective regression coefficient is 0.998 7.
