壮族鸡卜及其演绎的《鸡卜经》,具有它所参与的一切宗教活动和社会活动所具有的功效,主要体现在:(1)提高人的自信心,增强族群凝聚力;(2)规范社会行为,框正伦理道德;(3)引人拒恶向善,维系社会安定;(4)适应生产发展,探求物侯变化规律;(5)术理紧密结合,强化宗教信仰;(6)妨碍思想解放,影响科学发展。其科研价值主要体现在:(1)对研究壮族社会历史的价值;(2)对研究壮族古代哲学思想的价值;(3)对研究壮族伦理道德观念的价值;(4)对研究壮族科学文化的价值等。

Ji bu of Zhuang Nationality and their interpretation of Ji Bu Jing,has the function of all religious and social activities in which it participates,and mainly reflected in：（1） improving people’s self-confidence and enhancing ethnic cohesion;（2） regulating social behavior and revising ethics moral;（3）guiding people to the good deeds and maintaining social stability;（4） adapting to the development of production,and exploring the phonological variation;（5） strengthening the religious beliefs by the close integration of armomancy and management;（6） preventing people from emancipating their mind and affecting scientific development.On the other hand,its scientific value is mainly reflected in：（1） the value of the research on social history of Zhuang;（2） the value of research on Zhuang Ancient philosophy;（3） the value of research on Zhuang ethical and moral concepts;（4） the value of the research on scientific and cultural of Zhuang.
