摘要
在美国,对家长参与幼儿教育的重视已成为一种悠久的历史传统,现已形成了一套较为完备的家长参与幼儿教育的体系,对我国今后幼儿教育的发展尤其是家园合作共育提供了一定的借鉴和启示:高度重视家长在幼儿发展和教育中的重要作用;采用民主开放的幼儿教育管理方式;健全完善家园合作的法律支持和制度保障;创建民间组织,指导和管理家园合作;多形式广渠道地开展家园合作。
The concern about parents’involving in children’s education has become an established tradition and formed a set of self-contained system in American which provides good enlightenment for china’s future children’s education.The system focuses on parents’important influence,adopts democratic management mode,establishes sound law support and regulations,set up folk organizations to guide and manage cooperation between family and kindergarten and develop various cooperations.
