The theoretical innovation in credit re-guarantee system has helped China take the lead in the global guarantee industry. The paper first illuminates the theories and problems in the credit guarantee and re-guarantee practice by analyzing their correspondence. And it proceeds to verify the establishment and op- erating mode of re-guarantee system and propose through the case study and put forward innovative ideas and mode of operation.
