摘要
界定了专业意识的内涵,对河北农业大学旅游管理专业学生进行了访谈和档案数据整理,结果显示:旅游管理专业大学生选择专业具备一定的盲目性和偶然性,专业意识较淡薄,毕业生就业专业选择性不强。建议从专业课教师言传身教、旅游企业管理者入校讲座及增强自我认同等几方面帮助学生养成专业意识。
The connotation of professional consciousness is defined. Based on the interview and archival data of Hebei Agricultural University students whose major is tourism management, the study shows that there is a blindness and contingency when the tourism management students choose their major. And they lack professional consciousness and the later low selectivity. Methods are put forward to cultivate students' professional consciousness which include professional teachers' exemplary teaching, lectures by tourism enterprise managers and self identification.
