摘要
在大型生产性企业中,作为生产管理一个必不可少的重要组成部分,设备管理已成为一个制约生产效能提高的一个重要因素。越来越多的企业选择使用设备巡检系统进行设备日常的管理、检测、维护,以提升生产效能和管理水。结合项目的实际需求,进行了设备巡检系统的总体规划,设计了手持式设备巡检仪的硬件实现方案,完成了各部分功能模块的芯片选型与电路设计,其产品已在相关企业中得到部署和使用。
As an indispensable part of the production management in the large-scale production enterprises, device management has become an important factor of the improvement of a restricting production efficiency. More and more enterprises have chosen to use the equipment inspection system for equipment daily management, testing, maintenance, in order to improve the production efficiency and management. Combined with the actual requirements of the project, had made a general planning of the equipment inspection system, designed the hardware implementation of handheld device ins＇pection instrument and completed the chip selection and circuit design of each func＇cion module. Finally, its products have been deployed and used in the relevant enterpr）ses.
