This article describes the application of high voltage variable frequency drive technology in energy saving of fan. The basic principle of high voltage variable frequency drive technology and the theory of energy-saving are elaborated. Through the voltage variable frequency implementation of a blast furnace blower, the energy consumptions of variable frequency and valves adjustment are analyzed.
