摘要
正交试验设计广泛地应用于确定复杂过程的影响因素,并最终改进工艺过程或产品制造过程应用,本文将正交试验设计理论应用于烟草设备参数管理中,仅需少量试验即可完成对诸多影响因素不同位级的考察。以烟草包装设备中对包装质量的影响多个因素开展试验研究,利用正交试验方法分析研究了各参数对卷烟包装外观质量的影响规律及其影响的显著性,得到了对质量最优的一组设备参数。
orthogonal test design is widely used to determine factors that influence the complex processes, and ultimately improve the application process or product manufacturing process, this paper app]ies the theory of orthogonal experimental design in tobacco equipment parameters management, only a few test ean be completed on the study of many influence factors of different level. The experimental study of the effect of tobaeco packaging equipment packaging quality of multiple factors, analysis using the orthogonal test method was studied. The effects of various parameters on the appearance quality of cigarette packaging rules and its influence, a set of device parameters on the quality of the obtained optfmal.
