摘要
本文介绍了我国地铁行业中合同管理存在的问题,并以武汉地铁二号线越江轨道项目为例,阐述了在合同管理过程中采取的相关措施。结果表明,这些措施能有效地解决了目前地铁行业合同管理普遍存在的问题,并取得了良好的实际效果,减少了因合同管理方面的问题导致的项目风险。
This article describes the proNems of contract management in underground industry in China. The measures taken in the contract management process of Wuhan Metro Line cross-river rail project has been showed. The results show that these measures can effectively solve problem happened in Wuhan Metro Line cross-river rail project. It has Achieved good practical effect And reduced project risk due to contract management issues.
