磷脂酶C的制备及其脱菜籽油胶体的研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用微生物发酵法制备磷脂酶C,用卵黄琼脂法和NPPC法对PLC的活性进行检测,测得PLC粗酶酶活为337U/mg。PLC用于菜籽油脱胶的试验,其结果:加酶量为0.05%、温度60℃、pH值7和时间220min,脱胶油脂的最低磷残留量为4.3mg/kg。
