摘要 针对某电厂2号锅炉600 MW超临界机组严重结焦问题,在分析新型墙式切圆燃烧锅炉结构特点的基础上,采用试验与数值模拟相结合的方法,通过查看观火孔、逐一吹灰的方法判断出结焦位置不在较为常见的炉膛出口屏式过热器下部,而是在燃烧器喷口附近;分析认为炉内温度分布存在偏差、入炉煤灰熔点低、燃烧器区域截面热负荷高等是炉膛结焦的主要原因,并制定出防治措施,最终成功解决了2号锅炉严重结焦问题。该分析方法也可供其他炉型参考借鉴。 In order to solve the serious slagging problem in a 600-MW supercritical boiler of a power plant, research was conducted to figure out the slagging locations based on the analysis of features on the structure of the boilers with wall tangential firing. Testing combined with numerieal simulation was adopted in the research. By watching the peep holes and blowing the soot blower one by one, slagging was located around the burner nozzles rather than the lower part of the platen superheater where slagging frequently happened. Analysis showed that there is deviation existing in the furnace temperature distribution; low ash fusion temperature of the as-fired coal and high cross-sectional thermal load in the burner zones are the main reasons for furnace slagging. Some countermeasures were taken and the slagging problem in the boiler was solved successfully. Also, this method can be a reference for other types of boilers.
