摘要
汽轮机通流间隙的调整是汽轮机检修中的主要项目,轴系向任一方向移动时,所有级的轴向间隙均会改变;汽轮机检修时轴向间隙测量数据复杂繁多,采用传统方法难以在短时间内找到全部异常数据,调整速度慢且效率低,轴系调整时难以确定最佳调整位置。提出一种新的思路,利用计算机采用图表化操作,效果直观形象,可以有效缩短技术人员的分析时间,便于迅速找到汽轮机转子的最佳轴向位置。此方法易于掌握,灵活性好,对大型汽轮机的检修有重要意义。
The adjustment of axial flow passage clearance is the major item in turbine maintenance. If the shaft of tnrbine moves in any direction, all the clearances between blades will be changed. It is difficult to figure out all abnormal data with traditional method due to the massive and complicated measurements. Therefore, it slows down the adjustment prncess and is difficult to determine the best position of the shaft. In this paper, a new computing graphics based method is proposed. The immediate approach can accelerate the data analysis effectively to figure out the best axial position of the turbine rotor. It is flexible, manageable and has vast importance to the maintenance of large steam turbines.
