聚胺钻井液的研究

Research on Polyamine Drilling Fluid

聚胺钻井液是近年来国外新研究成功的一种强抑制性防塌钻井液,该体系以聚胺为主要的泥页岩抑制剂,实验研究表明聚胺抑制能力较强,对环境无污染。通过对处理剂的筛选和对现场钻井液的评价,优化改进了两套钻井液配方。室内评价实验表明,与原钻井液相比,改进后的聚胺钻井液具有抑制性强、滤失量小、润滑性好和封堵性强的特点。

Polyamine drilling fluid is a strong inhibitory collapse prevention drilling fluid developed by the foreign company in recent years,the polyamine drilling fluid mainly uses polyamine as mud shale inhibitor.The experimental study shows that the polyamine drilling fluid has strong inhibition ability,is no pollution to the environment.Through screening of treating agents and field evaluation of drilling fluid,two sets of drilling fluid formula was improved.Indoor evaluation results show that,compared with original drilling fluid,the improved polyamine drilling fluid has strong inhibition,small amount of fluid loss,good lubricity and plugging performance.
