Application of DCS in Polyethylene Unit

随着计算机技术的不断发展,DCS控制技术得到了飞速的发展与完善,其控制策略除了传统的模拟控制外,还涵盖了逻辑控制、顺序控制、批量控制,及函数计算等控制策略。同时使用基于Windows XP操作系统的高性能计算机作为基础的人机接口,使DCS的工程组态得到了简化。本文结合聚乙烯项目中DCS的应用,重点介绍了横河CENTUM CS3000系统。

With the continuous development of computer technology,the distributed control system（DCS） gains rapid progress and improvement.Control strategies of the DCS include logical control,sequential control,batch control,function calculating control and traditional analog control.Based on Windows XP,the high-performance man-machine interface makes the DCS engineering configuration simplify.In this article,combined with practical application of the DCS in polyethylene unit,CENTUM CS3000 was introduced.
