窦性心律震荡对急性心肌梗死后患者危险性的评价

Chanciness evaluation of sinus heat rate turbulence in acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨窦性心律震荡(HRT)对急性心肌梗死(AMI)后患者危险性的评价价值。方法选择2012—2013年我院AMI患者40例设为观察组,选择同期我院非AMI者40例设为对照组,记录两组的HRT的震荡初始(TO)和震荡斜率(TS),评估其对危险性的预测价值。结果观察组患者TO值明显高于对照组(P<0.05),TS值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。死亡者TO值明显高于存活者(P<0.05),TS值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论窦性心律震荡对急性心肌梗死后患者危险性的评价价值较大,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the chanciness evaluation of sinus heat rate turbulence in acute myocardial infarction. Methods The 40 acute myocardial infarction cases from 2012 to 2013 were divided into the observe group, and 40 no-acute myocardial infarction cases in 2011 to 2012 were divided into the control group. The TO and TS of HRT were detected. Results The TO level of the observe group was more than those in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the Ts level of the observe group was fewer than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The TO level of the dead cases was more than those in survivor （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the Ts level of dead cases was fewer than those in survivor （P〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The chanciness evaluation of sinus heat rate turbulence in acute myocardial infarction is obvious, so it is worth being used.
