输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床体会

Clinical experience of ureterscopic lithotripsy in treating ureteral calculus

目的探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效及安全性。方法对102例输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗的输尿管结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果输尿管中下段结石患者74例,手术成功72例,成功率97.3%,2例因输尿管口狭窄改行开放手术治疗;输尿管上段结石患者28例,治疗成功15例,成功率53.6%。结论输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中下段结石安全可靠、损伤小,可作为输尿管中下段结石微创治疗的首选方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects and security of ureterscopic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculus. Methods The clinical data of 102 patients treated by ureterscopic lithotripsy in our hospital were selected and analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 74 patients with middle or lower ureteral calculus, the success rate were 97.3% and of the 28 patients with upper ureteral calculus, the success rate was 53.6%. Conclusions Treating middle and lower ureteral calculus patients by ureterscopic lithotripsy is safe and reliable. It can be the first choice for the treatment of the patients with middle or lower ureteral calculus.
