磷酸肌酸钠治疗急性左心衰的疗效观察

Effect of Creatine Phosphate Sodium for injection on acute left heart failure

目的观察磷酸肌酸钠治疗急性左心衰的临床疗效。方法 80例急性左心衰患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例。对照组予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用磷酸肌酸钠。结果治疗组显效20例,有效16例,无效4例,总有效率90.0%,对照组显效15例,有效10例,无效15例,总有效率62.5%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论磷酸肌酸钠治疗急性左心衰疗效显著,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Creatine Phosphate Sodium for injection on acute left heart failure. Methods 80 patients were divided into two groups randomly, treatment group （40 patients） and control group（40 patients）. Treatment group received Creatine Phosphate Sodium for injection on the basis of regular therapy. Results In treatment group, it was significant effective in 20 cases, effective in 16 cases and failure in 4 cases and the total effective rate was 90.0%. In control group, it was significant effective in 15 cases, effective in 10 cases and failure in 15 cases and the total effective rate was 62.5%. There was significant difference between these two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Creatine Phosphate Sodium for injection has significant therapeutic effect in the treating acute left heart failure, which deserves clinical application.
