护理风险管理在外科中的应用研究

Observation on effect of nursing risk management in department of surgery

目的探讨护理风险管理(RM)在外科中的临床应用效果。方法选择2012—1013年我院外科患者80例设为观察组,选择2011—1012年外科患者80例设为对照组,对照组接受的为传统的常规护理管理,观察组则接受护理风险管理,评估护理风险管理效果。结果观察组护理综合评分及病历书写评分、患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理差错、纠纷发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理在外科中的临床应用效果确切,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing risk management in department of surgery. Methods The 80 cases in department of surgery from 2012 to 2013 were divided into the observe group, and 80 cases in 2011 to 2012 were divided into the control group. The control group received the normal nursing, and the observe group received the nursing risk management. Results The synthetic scores of nursing and case history, degree of satisfaction in the observe group was more than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of nursing error and dispute in the observe group was fewer than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The effect of nursing risk management in department of surgery is obvious, so it is worth being used.
