围^(18)F-FDG PET心肌葡萄糖代谢显像的护理 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨并完善围绕冠心病患者根据个体差异18F-FDG PET心肌葡萄糖代谢显像检查的护理。方法糖尿病合并冠心病患者18F-FDG PET心肌葡萄糖代谢采用口服阿西莫司后再口服糖负荷后普通胰岛素调糖,无糖尿病冠心病患者口服糖负荷后予普通胰岛素调糖。结果冠心病患者经口服糖负荷和胰岛素干预后血糖控制在5.54~7.77 mmol/L时行心肌代谢显像,显影清晰,图像质量满意。结论护理工作在18F-FDG PET心肌葡萄糖代谢显像中发挥着无可替代的作用,是保证图像质量的关键。
