心理干预改善晚期血吸虫病围手术期患者负性情绪的研究

Study on psychological intervention to improve negative emotions of peri-operative patients with advanced schistosomiasis

目的探讨心理干预对晚期血吸虫病围手术期患者负性情绪的影响。方法采用方便抽样方法选取76例晚期血吸虫病手术患者，人院后进行心理干预，干预前后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和生存质量测评量表（WHOQOL-100）对患者进行调查。结果干预后患者HAMD评分由（21．98士3．56）分下降至（15．88±3．49）分；WHOQOL-100评分由（58．78±9．42）上升至（71．26±8．37）分，差异均有统计学意义（t值分别为-4．289，-5．740；P〈0．05）。结论心理干预有助于缓解晚期血吸虫病围手术期患者的负性情绪，提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on peri-operative patients with advanced schistosomiasis. Methods A total of 76 patients with advanced schistosomiasis were chosen by convenience sampling, and received psychological intervention after hospitalization. HAMD and WHOQOL-100 were used to investigate before and after intervention. Results After intervention, HAMD score reduced from （21.98 ±3.56） to （ 15.88 ± 3.49）, WHOQOL-100 score increased from （58.78 ± 9.42） to （71.26 ± 8.37）, and the differences were statistically significant （t = - 4. 289, - 5. 740, respectively; P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusions Psychological intervention has an ideal effect on relieving negative emotions of peri-operative patients with advanced schistosomiasis and improving their quality of life.
