医护治一体化模式在康复医学科优质护理服务中的应用

Application research on the integration of medical treatment work pattern in quality nursing service in rehabilitation department

目的探讨康复医学科实施医护治一体化工作模式在优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法2010年lO月在康复医学科实施医护治一体化优质护理服务工作模式，收集2009年10月至2011年9月实施前1年的临床数据，对实施前后患者平均住院日和满意度进行比较。结果实施医护治一体化模式后，患者满意度从（95．414±3．42）分上升为（98．14±1．18）分，差异有统计学意义（t=2．89，P〈0．05）；患者平均住院日从（31．64±1．79）d降低至（29．74±1．48）d，差异有统计学意义（t=2．37，P〈0，05）。结论医护治一体化优质护理服务模式能有效缩短患者平均住院日，改善患者就医体验，提高患者满意度，提升医疗护理质量，值得积极推广。’

Objective To explore the effect of the integration of medical treatment work pattern in quality nursing service in rehabilitation department. Methods The integration of medical treatment work pattern was implemented since October 2010 in rehabilitation department, clinical data from October 2009 to September 2011 was collected, and average days of hospitalization and patients＇ satisfaction were compared. Results After the implementation of integration of medical treatment work pattern, patients＇ satisfaction increased from （95.41 ±3.42） to （ 98.14 ± 1.18）, and the difference was statistically significant （ t = 2. 89, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Average days of hospitalization reduced from （ 31.6 ± 1.79 ） d to （ 29.7 ± 1.48 ） d, and the difference was statistically significant （ t = 2. 37 ,P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The integration of medical treatment work pattern in quality nursing service can effectively shorten average days of hospitalization, improve patients＇ experience and satisfaction and nursing quality, which is worthy promoting.
