临床护理路径联合集束化护理提高护理管理质量的研究

Effect analysis of combined application the clinical nursing path and cluster based care on the nursing management

目的探讨临床护理路径及集束化护理联合应用在临床护理管理中的效果。方法2011年1月正式实施目标护理管理计划，以急诊科、眼科、耳鼻喉科3个临床科室为试行科室。共7个单病种进入研究。按照时间段分为观察组及对照组（即2011年l—6月入选的对象作为对照组，2011年7—12月入选的对象作为观察组），对照组实施传统常规护理管理，观察组实施临床护理路径与集束化护理联合应用的护理管理。比较两组护士、医生对护理管理的满意度，患者对护理服务的满意度及两组的临床护理疗效。结果观察组护士及医生对护理管理的满意度得分分别为（98．834±8．05），（96．22±8．89）分，明显高于对照组的（90．744±6．61），（91．02±5．64）分，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（t值分别为21．44，14．73；P〈0．05）；观察组的不良事件发生率为1．25％，明显低于对照组（5．31％），两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。与对照组比较，观察组部分单病种平均住院天数缩短。结论临床护理管理中联合应用临床护理路径与集束化护理可提高护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing path and cluster based care on the nursing management. Methods The conventional method of nursing management was taken in the control group, while clinical nursing path and cluster based care were added in the observation group. The nurses and doctors＇ degree of satisfaction for nursing management, patients＇ satisfaction for nursing service and therapeutic effectiveness of nursing between two groups were compared. Results The nurses and doctors＇ degree of satisfaction for nursing management respectively were （ 8.83 ± 8.05 ） and （96.22 ± 8.89） in observation group, which were significantly higher than （90.74 ± 6.61 ） and （91.02 ± 5.64） in control group （ t = 21.44,14. 73, respectively ;P 〈 0. 05 ）. The adverse event rate （ 1.25% vs 5.31% ） and several diseases＇ length of stay in observation group were less than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Clinical nursing path and cluster based care were used in nursing management can improve the quality of nursing.
