摘要
为改进某工程车辆进气系统的消声性能,采用实验方法和有限元数值模拟方法,对该进气系统进行声学性能评价。根据分析结果,提出优化方案并重新进行仿真计算,取得了较好的效果。采用改进方案,实车测试进气系统降噪效果理想,符合理论分析值。
In order to improve noise elimination properties of the intake system, experimental method and finite element numerical simulation method are implemented to assess the acoustic performance. Based on the results ,an improvement scheme is proposed. And simulation of improved intake system acquires good effects on TL and attenuation performance using variety finite element software. The actual noise elimination performance of redesigned intake system fits the simulation and verifies the theory.
