摘要
现代汽车电子控制单元(ECU)在开发过程中普遍采用了硬件在环仿真技术。基于现有的dSPACE硬件平台,搭建了气动AMT系统离合器的物理模型,建立了一套实用的硬件在环仿真系统,并通过实时仿真验证了系统的准确性。还以起步工况为例,对汽车起步的离合器控制策略进行研究,结果表明,利用dSPACE硬件平台搭建硬件在环系统,进行气动AMT硬件在环仿真是切实可行的,是AMT控制器和控制策略开发的有力工具。
Hardware in the loop simulation technology is widely adopted during the development of modern automobile electronic control unit ( ECU ) .The clutch model of a pneumatic AMT system was built, and based on the existing dSPACE hardware platform. A utility hardware in loop simulation system has been set up. Through the real-time simulation, this paper verified the system's accuracy. Meanwhile, take the start condition as an example, control strategy of clutch was studied. The results show that,using the dSPACE hardware platform to build the hardware in loop system of pneumatic AMT system is feasible, and it is a powerful tool in the development of controller and control strategy.
