摘要
主要材料价格影响土地整治项目造价,如何有效控制主材价格是关键。就此探讨主材限价内涵及确定方法,采用费用比重法、频率法和平均值法确定主材种类及限定价格;以单位工程土地平整和农渠为研究对象,对比分析主材限价与不限价对管理费、利润和造价指标影响程度,以及主材价格变动对指标敏感程度。研究结果表明主要材料价格限价能较好合理地控制工程造价。
The cost of land improvement projects is affected by the main material prices, and how to effectively con- trol the main material prices become the key step. However, the theoretical basis is lack nowadays. The connotation of "the main material price limit order" and the method of the limit price's determination are discussed , and the methods such as cost-share method, frequency method, and method of mean value are put to use to determine the kinds and the limit price of the materials. The Unit Project of land grading and construction's construction is adopt- ed to study the effects on management fee, profits and cost index of "the main material price limit order", and on the sensitivity of the varies of cost index as a result of the main material price changes. The results suggest that "the main material price limit order" can control the costs to a certain extent.
