建筑工程总承包单位的合同管理工作对于工程项目建设顺利实施关系重大。针对工程项目分包中易出现的合同漏洞,从八个方面探讨实施项目管理及工程分包过程中需注意的环节及要求,简称之"八项注意"。
The contract management plays a very important role for overall contracting companies in tile manage- merit of modern engineering project. Regarding the contract flaws easily occurred in the project subcontracting, this article has introdued several key points should be emphasized in lhe project managemenl and project snllcontract- ing, and lhe neeessa7 processes for the main contractor to reinforce.
