本文在对国际温室气体管理发展现状的调研基础上,从国际温室气体管理的驱动力、成本效益分析和标准化现状的角度进行了深入分析,并总结出国际经验对我国温室气体管理的启示。

Based on the investigation of current development of the international greenhouse gas management, the paper analyzes the international management of greenhouse gas from the perspective of its driving force, cost and benefit, and standardization status, and summarizes the enlightenment of international experience to the greenhouse gas management in China.
