随着国家"十二五"控制温室气体排放工作方案的逐步实施,企业层面的温室气体排放核算工作受到越来越多的重视。作为温室气体管理工作中最先开展标准化研究的领域,急需我国关注并提出应对策略。本文对相关领域的国际标准化发展趋势进行归纳总结,对我国的需求进行分析,并提出标准化工作方面的建议。

With the gradual implementation of the National GHG Emission Control Working Program in 12th Five-year Plan, the GHG emission accounting at the enterprise level has drawn more and more attentiorL As the earliest standardization research field in the GHG management, the GHG emission accounting at the enterprise level would be kept a watehfifl eye on and addressed by China. Based on the above views, the paper summarizes the developmental trends of international standardization in the relevant fields, analyzes the demands in China, and puts forward the suggestions on the standardization work in China.
