动脉内置管溶栓结合传统手术补救治疗下肢动脉血栓28例疗效分析 被引量：1

摘要 下肢动脉血栓栓塞为血管外科常见病，起病急骤，病情进展快，主要表现为“5P”征，若处理不当，可造成患肢坏疽，甚至截肢，损伤极大。以往临床上多采用手术取栓或静脉溶栓治疗，并发症多，效果不满意。近年来，血管内介入治疗在血管外科中广泛应用，
