肾动脉交感神经消融术治疗慢性心力衰竭4例的疗效观察

摘要 目的观察肾动脉交感神经消融术对心力衰竭患者的疗效及安全性。方法共入选4例扩张型心肌病慢性心力衰竭患者,予以双侧肾动脉交感神经消融术。随访7~9个月,观察术后患者心功能变化。结果血压和心率未见明显变化,血常规、肝肾功能未见明显变化,左心室舒张收缩末期大小、左心房前后径未见明显变化,左心室射血分数有改善,6min步行明显提高。结论慢性心力衰竭患者肾动脉交感神经消融术后心功能可能有改善,未见明显并发症。 Objective To investigate safety and efficacy of renal sympathetic denervation in patients with systolic heart failure. Methods 4 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and chronic systolic heart failure underwent bilateral renal denervation. Heart function was evaluated during 7 -9 months' follow-up. Results There was no significant change of blood pressure, heart rate, blood routine examination, liver and renal function, left ventricular end-diastolic and end-systolic dimension, and left atrium size. The left ventricle ejection fraction increased and six-minute walk distance improved obviously. Conclusion Heart function of patients with chronic systolic heart failure may improved after renal sympathetic denervation without serious complication.
