永久性心脏起搏器植入患者639例程控随访分析

摘要 随着社会老龄化,缓慢性心律失常患者日益增多,而此类患者往往需要植入永久心脏起搏器,因此近年来我院各型起搏器植入及到有效期需要更换起搏器的手术量不断增加。但植入起搏器仅是人工起搏治疗的开始,术后确定起搏器工作是否正常,调整参数尽可能延长起搏器的使用寿命,优化各种参数,
