摘要
针对固原地区河北杨扦插育苗成活率低问题,进行了插穗浸泡L-1号催根剂育苗试验,结果显示浸泡L-1号催根剂并采用地膜覆盖育苗,扦插成活率在83%以上,最高可达96%;2009～2011年连续多点示范推广育苗6.6hm2,插穗平均成活率80.2%,表明该技术具有推广价值。
In light of low survival rate of Populus hopeiensis Hu et Chow in Guyuan,seedlings were treated with rooting agent L-1. The experiment showed that rooting agent L-1 plus mulching can make the survival rate of cutting reach 83% ,maximum at 96%. The extension of the techniques covered 6.6 hm2 , with average survival rate at 80.2 % ,indicating the great value of the techniques.
