砖基烟囱内壁防腐蚀材料的选用及工艺

摘要 未安装GGH的湿法脱硫装置排烟温度低、冷凝酸水量大,与之配套的烟囱简称"湿烟囱",大量湿烟囱投产不久就出现腐蚀穿孔问题。为解决这种运行工艺难题,在诸多防腐方案中充分论证和实验,最终选取GDAPC杂化聚合结构材料防腐新工艺,并取得良好的使用效果。该材料在旧烟囱防腐改造工程的成功应用,为解决湿烟囱腐蚀问题探索一种新工艺。 The corrosive chimney of the desulfurization device without GGH is called as "wet chimney" because of the low fume exhausting temperature and high condensation acid content. A large number of wet chimneys have corroded and perforated only soon after production. In order to solve the serious corrosion problem, many corrosion prevention programs were fully investigated and experimented. Ultimately, GDAPC hybrid polymeric material as a new anti-corrosion technology was selected. GDAPC material has demonstrated the excellent corrosion resistance. The successful application of GDAPC material in rebuild project of the old chimney has not only accumulated valuable experience for the power industry, but also explored a new technology for solving corrosion problems of wet stack.
