The article introduces the general situation of Indonesia as well as oil-gas policies having been mplemented by Indonesia in recent years and analyzes its investment environment. It gives a detailed analysis of that nation＇s petroleum industry situation as well as relevant policies having been taken by Indonesia to ease the pressure resulting from international oil price rising and puts forward some suggestions for China＇s petroleum enterprises to enter that nation＇s oil products market
