中国西部民族地区恐怖主义犯罪心理分析及其预防

Psychological Analysis and its Prevention on Terrorist Crimes in Western Ethnic Areas

我国西部民族地区是恐怖主义犯罪的重灾区。东突势力和藏独分子从事恐怖暴力活动往往与其狂热的宗教信仰、极端的民族主义、偏执病态的人格、无视法律的反社会心理,以及感情冷漠、缺乏怜悯和同情之心密切相关。为了预防西部民族地区恐怖主义犯罪,我们需要弘扬中华民族优良文化传统,提高民族文化认同感;加大西部民族地区基础教育工作,提高民族地区青少年素质;发挥情报工作优势,对重点目标进行心理疏导;做好民族政策的宣传与落实,加强民族团结教育。

The western ethnic minority areas of China are the harder-hit area of the terrorism crime.East Turkistan forces and Tibetan separatists committing terrorist violence crimes are related to their enthusiastic religious belief,extreme nationalism,paranoid and morbid personalities,antisocial psychology with ignoring the laws,as well as apathy and lacking of mercy and compassion.In order to prevent the crime of terrorism in ethnic minority areas,we need to carry forward the Chinese nation's fine cultural traditions,enhance the national cultural identity;strengthen the basic education in western ethnic minority areas,improve the quality of adolescent;take advantage of the information work and provide psychological counsel on the key objects;publicize and implement national policies,and strengthen the education about national unity.
