甲基丙酸基次膦酸铝的合成及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文以环状磷酸酐为原料,采用一种简单的合成工艺合成出一种反应型的甲基丙酸基次膦酸铝阻燃剂。并且表征了该阻燃剂的结构、热稳定性、以及在环氧树脂中的应用。结果表明:甲基丙酸基次膦酸铝在267℃开始失重,它在环氧树脂中具有反应性,且当其添加量为25%时,就能使甲基丙酸基次膦酸铝/EP复合材料的氧指数达到27.3,垂直燃烧达到V-0级别标准。
