摘要
目的:通过对血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)和环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在青海地区藏族和汉族乳腺癌患者组织中的表达情况分别予以研究,分析两者在藏、汉族乳腺癌组织中表达的相关性及与临床病理特征的关系,并对藏、汉族乳腺癌组织中表达的VEGF-C和COX-2进行比较。方法:随机选取青海大学附属医院肿瘤外科接受根治性手术且具有详细病历的藏族、汉族乳腺癌组织蜡块各80例,制成组织芯片,采用免疫组化S-P法分别检测藏族和汉族乳腺癌组织当中VEGF-C和COX-2表达情况,对藏、汉族乳腺癌组织中VEGF-C和COX-2与乳腺癌临床病理特征指标的相关性进行相关统计学分析,并对两民族间乳腺癌患者组织中VEGF-C和COX-2的表达进行比较。结果:在随机选取的藏族和汉族乳腺癌组织标本中,VEGF-C、COX-2均呈高表达表现。80例汉族乳腺癌患者中,VEGF-C、COX-2阳性表达率分别为51.3%、52.5%,二者表达呈正相关(r=0.374,P<0.05),VEGF-C在汉族乳腺癌组织中的表达与临床分期、淋巴转移正相关,同时,COX-2蛋白的表达也与临床分期以及淋巴结转移相关;80例藏族乳腺癌患者中,VEGF-C、COX-2阳性表达率分别为70.0%、65.0%,二者表达呈正相关(r=0.206,P<0.05),VEGF-C在藏族乳腺癌组织中的表达与临床分期、淋巴转移呈正相关,COX-2蛋白的表达同样也与临床分期以及淋巴结转移相关。藏族乳腺癌患者组织中COX-2和VEGF-C表达明显高于汉族乳腺癌患者(P<0.05),具有显著统计学差异。结论:VEGF-C和COX-2在藏、汉族乳腺癌组织存在高表达且具有正相关关系,由此得出无论是汉族还是藏族乳腺癌患者,检测分析组织中VEGF-C和COX-2的表达情况对指导乳腺癌治疗和评估预后均具有重要意义。藏族乳腺癌患者组织中VEGF-C、COX-2表达值明显高于汉族乳腺癌患者表达值,因此,对藏族乳腺癌患者进行VEGF-C和COX-2检测可做到早期诊断和治疗的目的,这可能成为乳腺癌诊疗方面的热点。
Objective: To study expression and it's related factors of VEGF - C and COX - 2 in breast cancer in Tibet and Han nationality in Qinghai area. Methods:Breast cancer samples of Tibet and Han nationality each of 80 were collected between 2005 and 2011 in the affiliated hospital of Qinghai university, and were done into the organ - chip for measurement of expression of VEGF - C and COX - 2 by immunohistochemistry s - p method. The related factors associated with case reports were analyzed between Tibet and Han nationality. Results:The expressions of VEGF - C and COX - 2 were inereased in the two groups. The positive rate of VEGF - c, COX - 2 in Han and Ti- bet nationality was 51.3% ,52.5% and 70.0% ,65.0% respectively, and there was a positive relation between VEGF - C and COX - 2. In Han and Tibet nationality, expression of VEGF - C and COX - 2 associated with clinical stage and lymphatic metastasis in patients with breast cancer. Expression of VEGF - C and COX - 2 in Tibet patients with breast cancer was significantly higher than those in Han nationality ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions: Detection of expression of VEGF - C and COX - 2 in breast cancer patients was importance because of higher expression of VEGF - C and COX - 2, and positive relation between VEGF - C and COX - 2. That expression of VEGF - C and COX - 2 is higher in Tibet nationality than that in Han could be use to diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer in Tibet nationality, and needs further study.
