降钙素原、血小板监测对脓毒症患者的预后判断价值

The Prognostic Value of Serum Procalcitonin and Blood Platelet on Predicting Patients with Sepsis

目的:探讨降钙素原(PCT)、血小板(PLT)监测对脓毒症患者预后判断的临床价值。方法:90例脓毒血症患者分别在入。ICU第1、3、5、7天进行PCT和PLT检测,根据预后情况分为生存组(n=60例)和死亡组(n=30),比较两组间PCT、PLT与.APACHEⅡ评分的关系。结果:与生存组比较,死亡组PCT。明显增高,且持续保持较高水平(P<0.05);PLT明显下降,且呈进行性下降趋势(P<0.05)。PCT、PLT水平和APACHEⅡ评分明显相关(P<0.05)。结论:PCT、PLT对判断脓毒症患者预后有一定的临床价值。

Objective： To explore the prognostic significance of serum procalcitonin （PCT） and blood platelet （PLT） in patients with sepsis. Methods： PCT and PLT were tested on day lst,3rd,5th and 7th in 90 patients with sepsis which were divided into survival group （n=60） and dead group （n=30） according to prognosis . PCT, PLT and APACHEⅡ scores were compared between the two groups. Results： Compared with survival group, PCT was higher in dead group and remained on a high level in following days, while PLT was lower and progressively decreased （P 〈 0.05）. PCT and PLT were highly correlated to APACHEⅡ scores （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： PCT and PLT can predict the prognosis of patients with sepsis.
