降钙素原、血小板监测对脓毒症患者的预后判断价值

摘要 目的:探讨降钙素原(PCT)、血小板(PLT)监测对脓毒症患者预后判断的临床价值。方法:90例脓毒血症患者分别在入。ICU第1、3、5、7天进行PCT和PLT检测,根据预后情况分为生存组(n=60例)和死亡组(n=30),比较两组间PCT、PLT与.APACHEⅡ评分的关系。结果:与生存组比较,死亡组PCT。明显增高,且持续保持较高水平(P<0.05);PLT明显下降,且呈进行性下降趋势(P<0.05)。PCT、PLT水平和APACHEⅡ评分明显相关(P<0.05)。结论:PCT、PLT对判断脓毒症患者预后有一定的临床价值。 Objective: To explore the prognostic significance of serum procalcitonin (PCT) and blood platelet (PLT) in patients with sepsis. Methods: PCT and PLT were tested on day lst,3rd,5th and 7th in 90 patients with sepsis which were divided into survival group (n=60) and dead group (n=30) according to prognosis . PCT, PLT and APACHEⅡ scores were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with survival group, PCT was higher in dead group and remained on a high level in following days, while PLT was lower and progressively decreased (P 〈 0.05). PCT and PLT were highly correlated to APACHEⅡ scores (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: PCT and PLT can predict the prognosis of patients with sepsis.
