摘要
大型火电建设工程由大量互相联系又互相制约的工序组成。应用网络计划技术及关键路径法 ,能够得到合理缩短工期和科学利用资源的最优施工组织方案 ,提高投资效益。文章介绍了网络计划技术的基本知识和计算方法 ,总结了网络计划技术在襄樊电厂 ( 4× 30 0 MW)工程中应用的成功经验。
Construction project of large power plant consists of lots mutual restricted work processes.To apply net planning technology and key route method can get optimal constructing organization scheme which not only decreasing reasonably construction period but also scientifically utilizing the resource,and thus increases investment profit.The paper introduces the basic knowledge in Xiangfan power plant(4×300 MW).
