摘要
采用高气压球形电离室代替传统的计数管和闪烁探测器,以此来提高测量的灵敏度和获得更好的能量响应,实现高精度、宽范围的测量;利用超低输入偏置电流静电计放大器对高气压球形电离室输出的pA级电流信号进行放大处理,以及采取各种抗干扰措施,研制具有高精确度、宽范围、可靠稳定运行的射线剂量监测设备。
Traditional GM counter and scintillation detector was substituted by high - pressure chamber, in order to improve the measurement sensitivity and obtain better energy response. The pA level current signal, output from high - pressure spherical chamber, was amplified with low input offset current electrometer amplifier. Therefore, the radiation dose monitoring equipment with high accuracy, wide range and well stable and reliable operation was designed and produced.
