随着社会的发展,"以人为本"理念越来越深入人心,主要是因为人本管理理念能够重视个体以及个性的发展,充分发挥他们的创造力,实现自我价值。因此"以人为本"的理念是我国未来高校教育管理的必然趋势。本文将从人本理念的视角对我国高校教育的管理进行解读。

With the development of social, ＂Human-oriented ideology＂ is becoming increasingly popular among the people, which is mainly because it can value individuals and the development of personality, give fully play to humans＇ creativity and realize the self-value. Therefore, ＂human-oriented ideology＂ will be the inevitable trend of the educational administration of colleges in the future. The paper will make an interpretation on the educational management of colleges from the perspective of the human-oriented ideology.
