Exploration on the Implementation of Teaching Preparation and Teaching Organization in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职教育面临着重大的机遇和挑战,如何培养更多的高素质技能型人才,教学准备,教学组织又是其中的关键。本文作者通过对澳大利亚职业教育研讨学习,结合自己的工作情况,总结提炼了澳大利亚职业教学过程中的教学准备和教学组织实施情况,对提高高职教育教学水平有一定的帮助作用。

Higher vocational education faces great opportunities and challenges, so teaching preparation and teaching organization is the key for how to train more high-quality and skilled talents. Through discussing and studying Australian vocational education and combining my own teaching experience, the author summarizes the implementing situations of the teaching preparation and teaching organization during the process of Australian vocational teaching and provides some help for the improvement of the teaching level of higher vocational education.
