Research on the Training of Teachers' Capabilities Based on Outstanding Legal Talents

卓越法律人才是应用复合型、国际型、基层型人才①,是司法实践中能够将理论、规范、社会环境和治理目标协调与平衡的人才。这种人才的培养要求教师具备自主能力、实践能力、创新能力②。而法学教师的能力现状尚不适宜卓越法律人才的培养,文章探讨了适宜卓越法律人才培养的教师能力应如何养成。

Outstanding legal talents should be applied, complex, international and grassroots talents and they can coordinate and balance the theories, standards, social environments and governing goals. The cultivation of this kind of talents requires teachers possess the autonomous capability, practical ability and innovative ability. But the present abilities of the law teach- ers are not suitable for the training of outstanding legal talents. The paper discusses how to form the teachers＇ abilities that are suitable for the cultivation of these talents.
