In the practices of the contemporary business management, ERP （enterprise resource planning） takes advantage of the advanced modem information technology and integrates advanced management ideas and the best business practices, which attracts great attention from business circles. Applying the ERP sand table simulation into the teaching can give stu- dents the opportunities to put the knowledge into practice without getting out of coUeges. It can not only improve the students＇ team cooperation consciousness, but strengthen their professional moral cultivation. Furthermore, it can help form students＇ habit of strictly abiding by standards and effectively improve their ability in communicating with others so as to lay a solid foundation for their future employment.
