Salary Management is a core course of human resource management major. As for this course, higher vocational colleges should have good training project designs based on the practical operation of enterprise salary management. The paper expounds the key points of training project designs based on the typical work tasks of salary management and puts forward several suggestions for improving the effects of the training.
