摘要
校园悲剧频发,令人深思是什么原因让接受高等教育的知识分子选择非理性甚至是极端的方式去解决问题。在社会舆论广泛探讨高等院校心理健康教育出现的问题之时,大学生的自我意识也是悲剧的主要成因。本文结合时事事件,从现代心理健康的标准出发,就社会文化和自我意识两个因素,阐述两者对大学生心理健康的影响,以期为心理健康教育提供理论参考。
The frequent tragic events in the campus make us ponder over that why the intellectuals receiving higher education chose irrational and even extreme ways to solve problems.On the occasion that the public widely discusses the problems of mental health education of colleges,college students' self-awareness is the main cause of these tragic events.Combining the current affairs and starting with the standards of modern mental health,the paper expounds the influences of social culture and self-awareness on college students' mental health so as to provide some theoretical references for mental health education.
